Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

  • 2 medium carrots, sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Steam or boil broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for 5 minutes until slightly tender.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the vegetables with cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
