This easy garlic butter chicken recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious dinner. Made with tender chicken breasts, fresh garlic, and rich butter sauce, this dish is ready in just 30 minutes. It is ideal for busy weeknights and pairs well with rice, pasta, or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized pieces.

  2. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  4. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  5. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.

  7. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
