Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

  • 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.

  2. Mix the Garlic Butter:
    In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

  3. Combine the Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, toss biscuit dough pieces with Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic butter until evenly coated.

  4. Layer & Bake:
    Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down lightly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

  5. Cool & Serve:
    Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then flip onto a plate. Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping!
