4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1½ cups fresh spinach

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional but highly recommended)

1 tbsp butte
Instructions:

Season & Sear:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 5–6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. -
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. -
Add the Spinach:
